Who we are
EduCodeAI Talent is operated by EduCodeAI Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland. We provide public salary benchmarks, job listings, and employer profiles to help people make informed career decisions. Our registered address is available on request at privacy@educode.ai.
What data we collect
EduCodeAI Talent is a read-only public platform. You do not need an account to use it. The data we collect is minimal:
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and operational purposes. Retained for 30 days.
- Salary benchmark queries: Search parameters (role, location, experience level) to return results. These are not linked to any individual identity.
- Job search queries: Keywords and filters used to search jobs. Not linked to any identity.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not create user profiles or track individuals across sessions. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Legal basis for processing
Under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), we process server log data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, the security and reliable operation of our platform. This processing is proportionate and does not override your rights given the minimal, non-personal nature of the data collected.
Salary and job data
The salary benchmark data displayed on this platform is aggregated and anonymised. Individual salary records are k-anonymised before display — no individual can be identified from the data we show. Job listings are provided by employer partners and contain only information those employers have chosen to make public.
Data sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting, CDN) — United States. Standard Contractual Clauses in place.
- Supabase Inc. (database) — EU region (Ireland). SOC 2 Type II certified.
We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use advertising networks on this platform.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
Given that EduCodeAI Talent does not create user accounts or link data to identities, there is typically no personal data held that is attributable to you. If you have a specific concern, contact us at privacy@educode.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
